1. Agreement
By creating an account or purchasing a course on this site, you agree to these terms. SajiloBhasa is operated by Yamison, based in Nepal.
2. What you're buying
Our courses are live, dated cohorts - not self-paced or on-demand content. When you buy a course, you are buying a seat in a specific cohort that runs on set dates, taught live over Zoom or Google Meet. Once your payment is confirmed, you are added to that cohort's WhatsApp group for schedules, class links, and instructor contact.
Because classes are live and cohort-based, missing a live session means missing that session - we do not currently guarantee on-demand replays of every class, though instructors may share recordings or notes at their discretion.
3. Enrolment and payment
Prices are shown in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and include VAT. Payment is accepted via eSewa and connectIPS. Your seat in a cohort is confirmed once payment is verified - until then, your order is shown as awaiting payment.
4. Cohort scheduling
Cohort start dates, class times, and platform (Zoom or Google Meet) are communicated at or before purchase. If we need to reschedule or cancel a cohort - for example due to low enrolment or instructor availability - we will notify you and offer either a transfer to the next available cohort or a refund under our Refund Policy.
5. Conduct
In live classes and the cohort WhatsApp group, we expect you to:
- Treat instructors and other students with respect
- Not record, redistribute, or resell class sessions or materials without our written permission
- Use the WhatsApp group for course-related discussion
We may remove a student from a cohort's live classes or WhatsApp group for behaviour that disrupts the class or breaches these terms, without a refund for sessions already delivered.
6. Course materials
Lesson notes, recordings, and other materials we provide are for your personal study only. You may not redistribute, resell, or publish them elsewhere.
7. Refunds
Refund eligibility and timing are set out in our Refund Policy.
8. No guaranteed outcomes
We teach a structured, JLPT-aligned syllabus with live instructor feedback - but we do not guarantee JLPT exam results, fluency timelines, or any other learning outcome. Your progress depends on your own study, attendance, and practice.
9. Third-party services
Live classes run on Zoom or Google Meet, and cohort communication runs on WhatsApp. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms of service, which we do not control.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SajiloBhasa is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including outages of third-party platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp, eSewa, or connectIPS) that are outside our control.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "last updated" date above, and let enrolled students know of any material change by email or WhatsApp.
